After sailing past hundreds of kilometres of rugged and virtually uninhabited coastline, the Star Princess arrived at the city of Punta Arenas, Chile. At latitude 53° S. there isn't much in the world that is more southerly, but Punta Arenas proved to be a lively and prosperous place.
