We've been touring the Mediterranean during the intense financial and social crisis enveloping Europe and especially Greece. On the day that we were in Athens, there was a strike of garbagemen. Public transit was also on strike at the same time. This image is one of the tidiest samples of the piles of garbage to be found everywhere in Athens.
